General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. In the event of a stock discrepancy where we cannot fulfill all items at the time of purchase, we will dispatch the available products and promptly contact you to discuss whether you prefer to await restocking or if you would like us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

The payment for shipping will be collected along with the purchase, and this amount will be the final cost for shipping to the customer.

If the customer opts for Express shipping, it will be ₹199.

Standard shipping is free on every order above the value of ₹4999.

Returns

- 3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind: Three Kings Inc does not accept returns and does not offer refunds.

- 3.2 Warranty Returns: We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 3 days of receiving items. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, and we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, Three Kings Inc will process your claim within 7 days. Once confirmed, you will have the choice of:

- (a) A refund to your payment method

- (b) A refund in store credit

- (c) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms

- 4.1 Transit Time Domestically: In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

- 4.2 Transit Time Internationally: Orders shipped internationally are generally in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies depending on the selected courier, and a more specific estimate is available during checkout.

- 4.3 Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order receipt.

- 4.4 Change Of Delivery Address: For change of delivery address requests, we can accommodate changes at any time before the order has been dispatched.

- 4.5 P.O. Box Shipping: Three Kings Inc ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

- 4.6 Items Out Of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

- 4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to followthe progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please reject it if possible and get in touch with our customer service promptly. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, contact customer service for the next steps.

Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

- 8.1 Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

- 8.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and deems the parcel lost.

Discrepancy in Delivery
